Scope

Data may include identity/contact, company, transaction, contract, receipt and technical-security records. It is not a final controller notice until the legal identity above is verified.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used only as necessary to answer enquiries, take pre-contract steps, perform a contract, meet invoicing/legal duties, prevent abuse, secure systems and establish or defend legal claims. The final notice must map each activity to a specific condition under Turkish Law No. 6698.

Recipients and retention

Necessary data may be disclosed on a limited basis to hosting/infrastructure, payment, invoicing and communication providers or competent authorities. Recipient groups, international transfers and retention periods must be confirmed against actual vendor contracts and statutory records before launch.
